Dear Friends, the multi million dollar company FACEBOOK has some quite peculiar terms and guidelines, which I cannot grasp. other than that they are quite FASCIST terms.
Yesterday FACEBOOK stated suddenly, that I have violated their guidelines with one of my posts. I am a regular FACEBOOK user, so I very quickly realised that I was therefore BANNED for 24 hours. Now, in Dutch law (I am a Dutch citisen), there are also rules to play when you want to voice your opinion, but these rules are only enforced by Dutch law, and also only afterwards. You only might get convicted for offending remarks, when a JUDGE rules that your remarks were in violation of the Dutch law. And additionally you get a chance of appeal. Which has WON Geert Wilders for instance, by the way.
Now FACEBOOK has decided to BAN my writings for 24 HOURS because I had written something that other facebook users did not like. Just on the spot! No warning AT ALL!
I must say I am glad that I can come to court instead of FACEBOOK to get my rights back, because FACEBOOK uses a FASCIST way of moderating. Exemple: I wrote: "Erdogeit, Erdogeit, wie doet KAKKEN en wie SCHEIT" .. (freely translated as "Erdogoat, Erdogoat, who takes a CRAP or who takes a SHITLOAD".)
Truth to be told, indeed it is quite offensive, and Turks will not like my comment, but it IS SATIRICAL, and the bloke in question, sultan Erdogan, was not even directly mentioned. Moreover, there are voices in Europe that Erdogan is now a WAR CRIMINAL, and he should be hauled to the STRAFHOF The Hague for his criminal offenses, so my satirical remark cuts wood.
I will await FACEBOOKS decision, and await their excuse, but if they continue to NAG me, then I will SAY GOODBYE to facebook. There are more, DECENT websites, like LinkedIn, FetLife, or this BLOGGER website 😎 Kind Regards, Nils
